Fiji & Spain Clients Conduct On-Site Inspection at Meidao Factory, Eyeing In-Depth Cooperation

In a significant display of global trust in Meidoor’s fenestration solutions, a joint delegation of clients from Fiji and Spain recently paid a one-day on-site inspection to Meidoor Factory’s manufacturing base in China.

The simultaneous visit by clients from two geographically and climatically distinct markets underscores Meidoor’s ability to deliver market-specific solutions. Fiji, a tropical island nation in the South Pacific, faces unique challenges of high humidity, saltwater corrosion, and cyclone-level wind pressures; Spain, on the other hand, demands products that balance thermal insulation for its Mediterranean climate (hot summers, mild winters) and compliance with the EU’s CE certification standards. Meidoor’s pre-inspection preparation targeted these differences, curating a tailored showcase of relevant product lines and quality processes.

Led by Meidoor’s Global Sales Director, the delegation’s factory tour covered four core areas: raw material sourcing, automated production lines, quality testing laboratories, and finished product warehouses. At the raw material workshop, the team inspected Meidoor’s stock of marine-grade aluminum alloy (used for Fiji-bound products) and CE-certified thermal break profiles (for Spain’s market), verifying material certificates and supplier audit reports.

“This on-site inspection has exceeded our expectations,” Tomasi Vuniwaqa stated during the closing meeting. “Meidoor doesn’t just sell products—they solve our market-specific problems. We plan to sign a supply agreement for 800 sets of the MD95C series by the end of this month.” Customer echoed this sentiment, adding, “The CE certification and thermal performance of Meidoor’s products fit perfectly with Spain’s green building trends. We’re looking to partner for 1,500 units of windows and doors for our 2026 projects in Barcelona and Madrid.”

In addition to product discussions, the delegation held talks with Meidoor’s logistics team to address regional delivery concerns. For Fiji, Meidoor confirmed a partnership with a specialized ocean freight provider to ensure corrosion-free transportation of aluminum products; for Spain, the company will leverage its existing European warehouse in Rotterdam to shorten delivery lead times to 10 business days.

“Hosting clients from Fiji and Spain simultaneously is a testament to Meidoor’s global product adaptability,” said Meidoor’s Global Sales Director. “Every market has unique needs, and our factory is built to deliver both compliance and customization. We’re excited to turn these inspection intentions into long-term partnerships.”

Both client delegations are scheduled to finalize cooperation terms with Meidoor’s legal team in the coming weeks. The factory visit marks a new phase of Meidoor’s expansion into the South Pacific and EU markets, following recent successes in Australia and North America.
