Meidoor Factory, a leading manufacturer of international standard-compliant fenestration products, officially participated in the 2025 Weifang (Linqu) Building Materials Industrial Belt International Sourcing & Procurement Matching Conference held in Linqu County, Weifang on November 21, 2025. Taking advantage of Linqu’s advantageous position as “China’s Aluminum Profile Industry Base”, Meidoor showcased its Australia and North America-certified window and door systems at the conference, successfully connecting with international buyers from 20 countries and laying a solid foundation for further expanding its global market share.

As a core event for the building materials industry in Shandong Province, this conference gathered over 40 international purchasers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, and other regions, as well as more than 150 local building materials enterprises in Linqu. It aimed to build a “face-to-face” communication platform for upstream and downstream industrial chains, and promote the “direct sourcing from origin” cooperation model to realize the “two-way rush” between high-quality building materials and overseas markets. Meidoor, with its rich experience in serving the global market, became one of the key enterprises attracting international attention at the conference.

At Meidoor’s exhibition booth, the independently developed MD76A and MD75S series products became the focus of buyers’ inquiries. The MD76A series, including awning windows and fixed windows fully certified by Australian Standard AS 2047, has won wide recognition in the Australian market for its excellent corrosion resistance and wind pressure resistance (rated up to ±1250Pa). The newly launched MD75S series tilt and turn windows and aluminum windows, which have passed AS/NZS 4420 glass safety certification, also demonstrated strong market competitiveness with their dual-opening functions and energy-saving performance (U-value as low as 1.8 W/(m²·K)). In addition, Meidoor’s technical team brought physical samples of thermal break aluminum profiles and Low-E glass to the site, and conducted on-site demonstrations of product performance to help buyers intuitively understand the product advantages.

“Linqu’s complete aluminum profile industrial chain provides strong support for the production of high-quality window and door products,” said Li Ming, Meidoor’s Global Sales Supervisor, at the conference. “Participating in this sourcing conference allows us to directly connect with international purchasers, avoid intermediate links, and let more overseas customers know about Meidoor’s products that meet local standards. This is an important channel for us to implement the ‘going global’ strategy.”

The on-site communication achieved remarkable results. Meidoor successfully reached preliminary cooperation intentions with 8 international purchasers, including a Southeast Asian construction group and an Australian building materials distributor. The intended product types cover the MD76A and MD75S series, with a total intended order amount exceeding 10 million yuan.

In addition to connecting with international buyers, Meidoor also took this opportunity to conduct in-depth exchanges with 12 local aluminum profile suppliers in Linqu. The two parties discussed cooperation directions in the supply of high-quality raw materials, and initially reached an agreement on the centralized procurement of marine-grade aluminum alloy materials, which is expected to reduce raw material procurement costs by 8% and further improve the cost-effectiveness of Meidoor’s products in the global market.

Industry insiders pointed out that Linqu, as a gathering place for China’s building materials industry, has obvious advantages in industrial agglomeration and supply chain integration. Meidoor’s participation in this conference not only helps to expand its international customer base but also enables it to better integrate into the local industrial chain, forming a synergistic effect of “industrial belt + enterprise + global market”.

Looking forward, Meidoor plans to rely on the cooperation results of this conference to establish a special follow-up team for international orders, and complete the confirmation of technical parameters and contract signing with intended buyers within one month. At the same time, the company will further deepen cooperation with Linqu’s local supply chain enterprises to provide more competitive fenestration solutions for the global market.
