Meidoor Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as “Meidoor HQ”) hereby issues this official statement to formally announce that, after a comprehensive evaluation of its global business strategy and the operational environment of the Canadian market, we have made the decision to terminate the cooperative relationship with Meidoor Canadian Branch (hereinafter referred to as “Canadian Branch”) with immediate effect from the date of this statement .
Since the establishment of the Canadian Branch, we have maintained close cooperation and made joint efforts to expand the North American market. We sincerely appreciate the dedication of the Canadian Branch team over the years and the long-term trust and support from local clients and partners. This decision was not made lightly but is a strategic adjustment based on multiple factors:
- Shifts in Global Business Priorities: With the accelerated digital transformation of the global industry, Meidoor HQ has optimized its core business layout, focusing more on the innovation and promotion of smart technology solutions. The business direction of the Canadian Branch no longer aligns with the current strategic focus of the headquarters, making it necessary to adjust the cooperative model .
- Changes in Local Market Environment: Recent adjustments to Canada’s relevant industrial policies, tax regulations, and market competition patterns have increased the operational costs and uncertainty of the cooperative project. After in-depth analysis, we believe that continuing the existing cooperation model will no longer bring sustainable value to both parties .
- Evaluation of Cooperative Efficiency: In the regular business review, we found that there are inconsistencies in the management concepts and execution standards between the two parties, which have affected the overall operational efficiency and service quality. Despite multiple communications and adjustments, the expected synergy effect has not been achieved .
Meidoor HQ remains committed to the North American market and will continue to explore diversified cooperation models to provide high-quality products and services to clients in the region. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by this decision and sincerely thank all parties for their understanding and support.
